1. Rationale
Ballot Rationale: Updated language and citation references are is included along with changes for clarity. A Note is included having to do with past round robin work which was related to precision of estimating percent wood failure. In previous editions, information contained within the D5266 Adjunct has been available as a separate document. A change is to be made related to the availability of the D5266 Adjunct. In the future, when a user obtains the D5266, the adjunct should be included. For the digital edition, include the adjunct that contains additional information (text) and color photos as an appendix in the Practice. With the print edition, include the adjunct as an additional document.
