1. Rationale

There will be revisions to two sections - Section 7.2 has been revised so that a kickboard is not mandatory and suitable barrier was changed to warning device to agree with the terminology used in section 8.1. Ballot Item 2 Details of the Electrical Test in section 9.1.1 have been revised to require a shielded electrode system when using ground return metering. Minor modifications to the dimensions of the spiral springs have been included. Figures 1 & 2 have been revised as ewell.
