Based on ASTM Regulations, this standard was withdrawn as of December 31, 2012. It is now being balloted for reinstatement with the following revisions. This guide makes reference to information in Method D6866, which has undergone multiple revisions since 2004. Therefore, updates in D7026 are needed to reflect changes that have been made in D6866. Other changes include clarifications on terminology and corrections in some factual information
