ASTM WK40435

1. Rationale

This standard passed the last ballot because John Feathers withdrew his negative. However, there were a few concerns raised in regards to significant digits being used in the conversion of English units to SI and John requested that the dimensions of the comb teeth and spacing be added to the standard in section 4.1. These changes are not major, but are slightly more than editorial. Hence we needed to initiate a ballot to get these incorporated.
