1. Rationale

The title in Table 1 for cold water absorption does not list the specific test method to use. There are a couple of time frames to choose from a 5 hr and 24 hr submersion. This revision will clearly state that it is the 24 hr cold water absorption that is required. The proposed heading is also consistent with other C15.02 standards.
