WK40316 Revision of D6954 - 04 Standard Guide for Exposing and Testing Plastics that Degrade in the Environment by a Combination of Oxidation and Biodegradation

1. Rationale

This Standard Guide was in a ballot situation for renewal in 2013 when several issues surfaced that could not be addressed adequately before the expiration date of December 31, 2012. The issues were noted by the Task group Chairman(me)for later attention as a revision to be initiated in 2013 rather than let D 6954 expire. The resolution of these issues will be the focus of the Task Group.
