1. Scope
The determination of alpha emitting isotopes of uranium, plutonium, americium and curium in environmental vegetation samples in the range of 0.01 Bq/g or greater.
Need for rapid response to a radiological incident. Current methods not available or adequate. For use by government and commercial laboratories.
