ASTM WK40281

1. Rationale

There are spurious values in Table 1 for the P, S, and Si contents that cause confusion about what limits apply. The revision removes those spurious values and also deletes the word, max., wherever it appears in the table and replaces it with an addition to Note 1 that explains that all values in the table are maximums unless a minimum or a range is indicated.
