1. Rationale
A number of changes to Section A2.4.4 of E1820-11, mainly dealing with the compliance rotation correction for C(T) specimens, are proposed. The rationale for all the changes is enhanced clarity for the user, and the modifications have been discussed and approved by the E08.07.07 subcommittee during the meeting in Atlanta (November 2012).
