1. Rationale
D3241 is to be revised to include new instrumentation, JFTOT 230 Mark IV. The equivalency data was reviewed by the subcommittee and chairman/members agreed to evoke rule 11.6.1 to do a concurrent ballot. Also, the research report will be submitted only to the subcommittee, not the Main. A research report number is also requested from ASTM.
