1. Rationale
(S727-12b) In table A2.3, the sections M4 x 3.45 and M4 x 3.2 are erroneously listed with identical US customary dimensions. SI dimensions have different web thicknesses. Investigation of the error appears to indicate there are no producers furnishing these shapes to A6 tolerances. Therefore the subcommittee authorized a ballot to delete these two sections.
