1. Rationale
Two revisions are proposed in this work item Rev. 1 -- Add an additional sentence note to Section 9.5 (Test Specimen Geometry) mentioning the use of non-destructive evaluation to assess internal morphology of the composite. This addition addresses the increasingly common use of non-destructive evaluation to assess delaminations and porosity in ceramic composites. Rev. 2 -- Add a reference to E122 for calculating an alternate test count number for the number of test specimens paragraph 9.7. This addition assists users in assessing precision as a function of test specimen count.
