1. Rationale
The precision statement generated from the results of the current Round Robin testing on the commercially made tinplate is acceptable. There is no bias statement as no standard sample is available. However, further refinement of the followings are needed. (1) The statistical significant numbers (decimal places) of the reported value should be consistent with those from the testing equipment (3 decimal places from Stannomatic machine). (2) Foot notes should be inserted for better explanations of the average to avoid misuse of this data.
