1. Rationale
F1223-08, Standard Test Method for Determination of Total Knee Replacement Constraint, was balloted for re-approval in the Fall of 2012. It was re-approved, however at the F04.22 arthroplasty subcommittee meeting in Atlanta (11/15/12) we decided that one comment that was part of an Affirmative with Comment ballot should be considered as new business. The change suggested in the comment is presented here for subcommittee ballot.
