1. Rationale
Section 5 defines the conditions that a fully assembled trampoline must meet as manufactured and as used. The suggested changes are intended to clarify the requirements and and include appropriate tests to measure compliance with the requirements. Current requirements without objective are removed until they can be objectively defined
