A negative and several comments were received on the previous draft of this item, balloted as ITEM 2 of the C16 (02-13) main committee ballot. Revisions to the item have been made to address the comments and negatives. This item has been approved for ballot by the task group and the ASTM C16:20 Subcommittee.
