1. Rationale

Proposal to include Ethyl alcohol and Isopropyl alcohol in the reagent section. Alcohol was mentioned in the sample preparation section of the original method but no specific types of alcohol were listed in the reagent section. Also, the words low residue were removed from 8.1 because there is no specific grade of acetone that states low residue. Finally both alcohols were also added to the sample preparation section.
