1. Rationale

There are two main revisions: 1. setting up the allowance for aqueous based engine coolants to include non glycol, water based corrosion inhibitor packages that can be used as engine coolants in regions where freeze point is not a requirement. 2. addition of an alternate coupon bundle for light duty cooling systems
