    1. Rationale

    Revise Section 6.4.2 to include ferritic-austenitic (i.e., duplex) stainless steels, which would permit cylindrically-shaped parts to be machined from forged/rolled solution-annealed bars, which is currently limited only to austenitic stainless steel.
