1. Rationale
This method is up for revision at this time and I would like to take this time to do the following: The material section needs to be updated to current industry practices. Sample section needs to be modified to better reflect the scope of the specification. Material testing section needs greater clarification. Some of the referenced supporting testing methods in the existing method have been revoked and should be replaced with their current active methods.
