1. Rationale
This ballot is not the change the intent within the standard but rather to provide 1) consistency where able between standards and 2) use the manual Form and Style for ASTM Standards as a guideline. This ballot item proposed to change the name of selection sections, relocate selected sections and reorganize selected sections into other sections.
