WK38322 Revision of F2620 - 11e1 Standard Practice for Heat Fusion Joining of Polyethylene Pipe and Fittings

1. Rationale

I received 2 negatives in my WK38322 ASTM F2620 ballots in which I found persuasive. The negatives were accomodated in Revision B attached. For clarification, changes were made to adjust wording in Note 6 of 8.2.2 and a correction in units from psi to psig also in 8.2.2
