1. Rationale
During a recent ballot that was intended to clarify the silicon requirement for a grade in A 965, a comment was made concerning situations where only a single value is given for an element in the table of composition. In A 965 currntly Table 1 shows the word max inthis situation. The comment suggested that use of a footnote against the value for element in questio would avoid cluttering the table. This revision proposes to do that.
