1. Rationale

Chemical resistance has been removed from ASTM D1784. ASTM D2464 references old cell class designations from ASTM D1784 that include chemical resistance. The purpose of this revision is to update sections 4.1, 5.1, 10.2.1.2, and table 3 to remove those references.
