1. Rationale

At the last meeting of AS TM Committee E05, ASTM Standard E136 was revised to include an ISO apparatus. Testing to this apparatus will be Procedure B. The original E136 will be Procedure A. The requirement in C533 requires the clarification to E136, Procedure A.
