1. Scope
A tutorial for the producers and users of inspection data objects that follow the DICONDE standard to use when testing whether or not an individual data object is valid with respect to the appropriate DICONDE standard(s).
Users and producers of DICONDE data need a method to validate that the DICONDE inspection data objects they are creating are valid with respect to the appropriate ASTM DICONDE standard(s).
