This standard is being balloted for withdrawal with no replacement because the language in the scope together with the title present a confusing package to the user. Thetitle promises a specication for a roong membrane while the scope presents a specication for the material used to make the membrane. Proposed changes do not clear the issue up.A new standard is needed for a membrane specication or rework the title into a material specication.
