1. Scope
This guide specification covers the requirements for small intrusion detection systems (32 zones or less) which provide operator interaction and dynamic process manipulation, including overall system supervision, and control for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and similar facilities applications.
Standard is needed to replace existing UFC/UFGS standard with recognized ASTM standard, for future adoption by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under Corps of Engineers standards conversion initiative.
