Replace withdrawn abrasion resistance test method with ASTM D658 with A926. Replace withdrawn weatherability test method G23 with D336. Replace withdrawn microbial resistance test method G22 with D4300. Add new test method item for salt spray resistance. This is important for coastal areas, areas of salty soil, and areas which use road salt. Increase freeze thaw resistance cycles from 100 cycles to 300 cycles. This more closely matches actual performance of the current ethylene acrylic acid polymer coating. Increase weatherability time from 100 hours to 3000 hours. This more closely matches actual performance of the current ethylene acrylic acid polymer coating. Increase the energy used for impact resistance from 35 to 80 in-lb and add low temp testing at -40 C. (The extreme cold temperature testing has been requested specifically for Canadian regions.) This more closely matches actual performance of the current ethylene acrylic acid polymer coating.
