1. Rationale
All 60F values needed to be converted to metric units of 15.56C. A few were converted only to 15.5C instead of 15.56C. The D16.04 subcommittee determined it was necessary to re-ballot the D3505 document when correcting 15.5C to have more significant figures == 15.56C.
