1. Scope
The scope and purpose of this guidance is to present the fundamentals for the termination of a ground water detection monitoring program at a RCRA municipal solid waste (Subtitle D) disposal facilities].
A few guidance documents have been developed, with the workproducts undergoing various degrees of peer-review. This will attempt to blend concepts together under the ASTM peer-review process
