1. Scope

To create a standard that can replace standard E-106 STD Test Method for Analysis of Copper Beryllium Alloys Plasma Spectroscopy. Test method to cover procedures for the chemical analysis of copper-beryllium alloys having chemical compositions within the following limits (in %): Copper 97 to 98, Beryllium 0.4 to 2.05, Nickel 0.0 to 0.30, Cobalt 0.0 to 0.3, Iron 0.0 to 0.30 The standard provides support for Copper- Beryllium alloy producers to meet specifications
