1. Rationale

There is a need to include harmonized definitions of biodiesel fuel (B100) and biodiesel blend (BXX) into the terminology areas of D613, D6890, D7170 and D7668. This ballot involves a proposal to include into D7668 the same definition as that which can presently be found in D396, D975, D4175 and D7467.
