WK37390 Revision of D6890 - 11b Standard Test Method for Determination of Ignition Delay and Derived Cetane Number (DCN) of Diesel Fuel Oils by Combustion in a Constant Volume Chamber

1. Rationale

There is a need to include harmonized definitions of biodiesel fuel (B100) and biodiesel blend (BXX) into the terminology areas of D613, D6890, D7170 and D7668. This ballot involves a proposal to include into D6890 the same definition as that which can presently be found in D396, D975, D4175 and D7467.
