1. Rationale
During the December 2011 meeting the Chairman of D02.01.C (Test Equipment, Instrumentation, and Procedures) solicited the audience for changes to D909 and none were forthcoming. Request was made to forward any which came to mind at a later date. Further a motion for SC Ballot as simple re-approval was made, seconded, and passed by unanimous voice vote. Discussion revolved around value of a concurrent ballot to which the SC01 Chairman stated there was no known reason or need to justify more than the normal approach to balloting. As of this date no changes have been brought forward so simple re-approval is being pursued.
