1. Scope
We would have two sets of latices, one containing polymer with a specific gravity less than that of water and one with a specific gravity of about 1.2. Samples of each latex diluted to about 5% polymer would be submitted to various laboratories to be recovered and tested according to WK32126.
The standard is for quality assurance by government agencies to assure that the latex specified is that received.Performance of the product depends on which latex is actually used
