1. Rationale
A voter withdrew a negative on the C01 Ballot 2011-04, Item 1 (WK33157) with an agreement to consider revised language as new business in Note 5 and Footnote I of Table 2. The proposed language provides clearer guidance on the suitability of Type IL cements, and Type IT cements with limestone, for use in high- or moderate-sulfate exposure conditions. Research in this area is on going, but until those results are available, a conservative approach is warranted.
