1. Rationale

Table 1 lists coating non-uniformity. Light coating is currently listed as allowing 1 area of up to 50 mm x 100 mm. It was voted the January 2012 subcommittee to expand the table to also allow as an alternative up to 5 areas of up to 10 mm diameter.
