WK37100 Revision of C31 / C31M - 10 Standard Practice for Making and Curing Concrete Test Specimens in the Field

1. Rationale

ASTM C94 (Specification for Ready-Mixed Concrete) and ACI 301 (Specifications for Structural Concrete) require that density (unit weight) tests be performed when test specimens are fabricated. The purpose of this proposed revision is to include that requirement in section 8 of C31.
