1. Rationale
To make improvements to the standard based on recent findings and testing. Including how to address testing on surfaces that are not flat (pipe for example). Also improving the language in parts of the standard to try and reduce confusion and misuse that is currently being created in industry. (for example the use of dolly sizes other than 20mm)
