1. Rationale

Revision as agreed upon by the subcommittee to address child containment for units without a tray/arm bar, or having a removable tray/arm bar. The procedure also introduces a new fixture based on the CAMI dummy. This fixture will provide for repeatable angle measurements while providing the same seat angles as the CAMI would.
