WK36094 Revision of C183 - 08 Standard Practice for Sampling and the Amount of Testing of Hydraulic Cement

1. Rationale

Revise C183 Section 7.1.3.1 to remove language that requires the estimation of cement tons from discharge point(s) of a non-specific vessel. Such sampling program details are best left to the sampling entity to allow consideration of various container sizes, shapes, and discharge points.
