1. Rationale
The purpose of this ballot item is to remove repeating information within Note 4 of this standard and the appendix of Specification C 216 and to refer the user to the Appendix of Specification C 216 for suggestions on constructing walls with high IRA brick. Another goal is to reduce the emphasis on wetting brick.
