    1. Rationale

    Revision of standard to address the self loading ring fixture (loading ring) and clean up a couple of other areas. Including new language to paragraphs 6.1, A2.1 et.al. to update, improve and regulate this. In addition there are a couple of smaller tweaks to F519 that can be done at this time involving some minor issues to improve efficiency and scheduling during the manufacture of test samples.
