1. Rationale

Change to C890 Current Figure 7. Proposed Action: Remove reference to External Hydrostatic Pressure from Figure 7. Rationale: The dead load portion of the bearing load and external hydrostatic loading are two separate loading conditions that occur at different times. The change will make the diagram consistent with the proposed change to section 7.3
