1. Rationale
Add section to cover discard for bar product to permit eliminating discard from A193 and A437. Add new supplemental requirements to cover Ultrasonic and Eddy Current testing using the requirements currently contained in A437. Add new supplemental requirement referring F1470 as a different test sampling plan.
