1. Scope
The purpose of this standard is to establish minimum qualifications for inspectors of firestop systems, fire resistive joint systems and perimeter fire barriers. In htis document, reference to inspector means the firestop inspector.
Protect fire and life safety through firestop inspectors who understand and can analyze firestop's.
