1. Rationale

The test method currently includes a tapered cantilever beam (TCB) test sample for tension tension evaluation of coated surfaces. There are limitations to the TCB test sample that should be explained. In addition, the four point bend test sample type should be added as an alternative type of tension tension bend test sample.
