1. Rationale

Changing term within the definition for seam damage, n - in sewn fabrics. The characteristics listed within this definition are all performance based measurements (yarn slippage, needle damage or fabric rupture), and thus reduce the seam performance. This revision is to change the current term within the definition from seam acceptability to seam performance.
