1. Rationale

D7039 lacks a complete precision statement. A new ILS for sulfur in the range of approximately 0-500 mg/kg including gasoline, diesel, refinery process streams used to blend gasoline and diesel, biodiesel, ethanol, biodiesel blends, and gasoline-ethanol blends will be performed in Fall 2011.
